What are your delivery days and times?
It varies based on our delivery areas, but we deliver from Monday to Friday, from dawn to dusk. We start our days early to get you your exchange containers as early as we can. To help us avoid having a missed delivery, please have your containers out by 7 am on the day of the exchange.
What is your standard delivery time?
In most zip codes we deliver 24-72 hours (about 1-3 days) after your order is placed.
Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
No, it’s easy just place your order, tell us where you would like us to deliver it to and you are all set. If you are exchanging chlorine containers you will need to leave them in your desired delivery location for your driver to pick them up. Your driver may show up at any time on your delivery day, so it is important that you have your exchangeable chlorine containers out early.
Is your delivery contactless?
Yes! Normally, all our deliveries are contactless, if there is an issue with your delivery, we will contact you upon arrival.
Can I schedule a time to meet my delivery technician for the service?
To be able to provide fast, low-cost service, we do not schedule appointments or delivery windows.
I forgot to leave my chlorine exchange bottles out. What should I do?
Your driver will attempt to contact you if they are unable to locate your chlorine exchange bottles. If you are unavailable and the exchange bottles cannot be collected a new bottle charge will be added to your bill and refunded upon collection of those bottles.
Do you provide pool maintenance?
Our focus is on helping the Do-It-Yourself pool owner by providing top-tier pool supplies at low cost delivered for free.
We currently do not offer any sort of maintenance service for your pool.
Will you add the chemicals to the pool for me?
Currently our focus is bringing you top-tier chemicals right to your doorstep. We may add additional services in the future, but we do not offer the induction/application of chemicals currently.
